An accessible celebration of poetry for everyone, whether you read a poem a day or not at all.
Poetry is often thought of through its form — couplets, sonnets, villanelles, sestinas, haiku, the Homeric epic, etc. — sets of rules or constraints that cement a piece of writing as poetry. However, poetry is not always defined by rhyme schemes and line breaks. Many great works are created by making up your own rules, breaking the rules, or ignoring the idea of rules altogether.
